This is when all guests will arrive at the venue and be greeted by an SAP representative, whilst a BizClik member hands them a lanyard and this is when they will then network with other attendees.
18:45 | Guests Seated
Guests would then take their seats ahead of the dinner for some introductions to the event and each other.
19:10 | Brief Introductions & Discussion on the topics
This is when an SAP representative would stand to discuss the reasons for them being there, the topics that they wish to discuss over dinner and engage in open dialogue.
19:20 | Dinner Served
This is when the menu that has been pre selected, will be served to the guests whilst sat at the table.
20:30 | Q&A's
An SAP representative will then ask the room if they have any questions relating to the topic discussed and aim to answer those.
20:45 | 21:00 End of event
This is when people would exchange LinkedIn’s and depart the event.
